Dear parents/guardians,

Spring Conferences are fast approaching! All students are expected to participate in student led conferences by signing up with at one of their teachers, but this year, we will be also giving students the option to conference with all 6 of their teachers to discuss grades, attendance, etc.

As these are Student Led conferences, students will be responsible for leading the discussion and they will have a script and bullet points to discuss. Students will facilitate a discussion around their plans for next year (Career Cruising), grades, attendance, behavior, and overall performance in the class. This approach will allow families and teachers to have intentional and meaningful conversations that ultimately lead to increased student achievement.

Conferences will be a mixture of scheduled and drop in. Students will need to formally schedule 1 conference with a teacher of their choice and then will be able to drop in to other teachers on the day of conferences or set up a conference day of upon arrival.
