Dear Families,

The Forest Hills School District and Maddux Elementary are committed to engaging

parents in their child’s learning. Spring conferences will be in-person unless a virtual

conference is requested.  There are two dates available: February 13, 4:00-8:00 pm and

March 6, 4:00-8:00 pm.

Please select only one date and time for your student. You may additionally schedule a

conference with a Unified Art's teacher if you or your child have specific concerns related

to that class. 

Conferences will remain open through Tuesday, March 4.  After this date, selecting,

canceling, or making changes to your time will no longer be possible. If there is a last

minute conflict, please email your child's teacher(s) directly. If requested, teachers

(or teams) will send a virtual meeting calendar invite prior to the day of your conference.

My Conference Time Instructions:

1. Click on the link for the staff member or team you would like to schedule.

2. Select the time you would like to schedule your conference from those that

are available.

3. Click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.

4. Print the next page or wait until you receive a confirmation via email so you

know your scheduled time.
